Is it safe to pay with my Credit Card on Pele Moda?

We use the latest secure payment processing technology with Authorize.net. If you choose to pay for a product using the secure credit card payment facility available at this site you will be asked to provide your credit card details, your name, a shipping address and your email address. These details are required so that we can ship your order and a tax invoice.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with Pele Moda is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

Why do I have to create an account?

Creating an account with Pele Moda lets you purchase items, manage your shopping cart, create your wish list, and receive our newsletter! The Pele Moda newsletter notifies you of all of our latest arrivals, upcoming promotions and other exclusive offers. To ensure that you do not miss out on any new arrivals or special discounts, create your account HERE.

How do I checkout?

Once you have your desired items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Check Out’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create an account. After filling in all fields, enter any discount codes you may have. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 24 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply send an email to our Customer Care team at pele.moda@gmail.com.

 

How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

If you checked out with an incorrect address, please email pele.moda@gmail.com immediately. We are able to change the shipping address unless it has already been shipped.

Pele Moda is based online only. Shop from your own home and we will deliver your new fashion finds right to your door at the click of a button. Hassle free!
